Following our document scanning or data capture procedures, there are several options open to our clients as to how they’d like to access the information.
As well as being able to provide documents to clients through a vast array of media types, we also offer a secure online transfer. These can then be managed within client’s existing systems, making it straight forward to incorporate new digital documents.
Alternatively, we offer a range of document management and archive systems available to suit your needs. These range from free basic document archive application on our client’s own network, to comprehensive cloud based document management systems. The cloud-based document systems are designed with the security and confidentiality in mind and offer access to document archives stored within our cloud system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
