Once we’ve scanned and digitised documents, we can use various approaches to capture data from these files to make these easily accessible for your use so you can find documents and details when you need them.
We can capture data from files in several different levels of detail. Whether you simply need titles of files capturing, or multiple fields within documents, allowing for forward processing through many business applications. This includes Accounts Processing for example.
In those instances where automatic recognition for documents is not possible, our data keying bureau is well equipped to manually extract data from documents to very high levels of accuracy, meaning you can access and search archives of information from documents in seconds.
We can also provide full document optical character recognition (OCR) as part of our data capturing service. Our specialist and highly reliable character recognition software can convert physical documents into searchable formats with very high levels of accuracy, providing you with a precise digital document archive you can trust. As well as allowing for fast searching of documents, this also allows for previously paper documents into editable formats for use in software such as Microsoft Word, transforming your physical paper archive into living, responsive documents.
