Dependant on your requirements we can provide the bundle in any combination of following formats:
Normally we provide the bundle in PDF format, with the option of OCR (optical character recognition) allowing word and phrase searching capabilities within each file or across the whole bundle.
Individual files or the whole bundle can be paginated.
The electronic files can be provided on variety of encrypted media, normally CD, DVD or a memory stick / external drive.
Alternatively via the internet our secure online facility (Virtual Data Room) can provide secure multiple user and site access to the bundle.
This facility can be branded with the colours and logo of your organisation.
(b) Hard Copy
We have a printing capacity to print over 35,000 documents per day, up to paper size A3, additionally we can print glossy photographs (including enlargements and reductions), and drawings.
Copied documents are punched, stapled and collated, including insertion of dividers, to exactly replicate the original bundle.
