Letters are uploaded individually or in bulk to our PDM-Post portal, with the option to use a range of formats including PDF or Microsoft Word. All postcodes are then validated before mail is sent out, ensuring the elimination of incorrectly addressed items. Verification of posting is sent using the PDM-Post portal and you’ll receive notification of any letters which have been returned as unsent. Last and by no means least, a copy of each letter you send will be stored by PDM-Post.

Simple to use and lower in cost than traditional postal services, our outgoing hybrid mail service is the efficient way to mail customers, contacts or clients.

Incoming Mail

Rather than spending hours sorting, opening and filing mail, our incoming hybrid mail service will save you time and money. Mail is collected from a dedicated or private PO box before being delivered to our secure processing centre. Hard copy mail is then opened, scanned and digitally captured, with a digital copy sent directly to the inbox of your PDM-Post portal. Your mail is then ready for you to download and incorporate into a system of your choice.

Our incoming hybrid mail service can be tailored to your individual requirements, with option to have mail named and sorted. We are also able to provide the metadata in a wide range of formats; offering the potential for mail to be directly imported into your existing systems.
